Recovery Sessions: A community support option using honest, authentic conversations centred around self-help topics including practical skills, tools and resources. Conversations are lead by individuals with lived experience of an eating disorder/disordered eating and a clinician.

Workshops: Stand-alone support programming, facilitated by a clinician, on a specific recovery topic.

Beginning September 1st, 2021: All Support Sessions will take place virtually 2-3 times a month. Time slots alternate with a workshop and recovery session. On this page, you can find both our upcoming and past sessions. All of our sessions are recorded and posted on a private playlist to Youtube.
