Treatment
Programs
Our programs blend education, insight development, motivation and skill-building. No diagnosis or referral is required. Programs are not a substitute for intensive outpatient or inpatient treatment. All programs are conducted through the Zoom Healthcare video conferencing platform.
NEW: Enrolment opens 4 weeks prior to the start day of any 10-week treatment group.

Please consider donating
At Body Brave, all programs are available free of charge to ensure accessibility, however we do not receive any consistent government funding. Please consider making a donation and give the gift of recovery to someone else. An 10-week treatment program typically costs $3,000-$4,000 ($120/week for one person) for Body Brave to run.
Upcoming Treatment Programs
Please stay tuned for more Winter programming in the New Year.
