Nutrition for Every Body is a 10-week online treatment group led by an Anti-Diet Registered Dietitian for those ready to work on nutrition basics for recovery. Understanding your nutritional needs and establishing eating goals can be overwhelming when working towards recovery from any kind of eating disorder. We invite individuals with different types of eating disorders to come together to learn the basics of structured eating for recovery from a non-diet lens. Over the course of 10 weeks, you will learn how to get started with structured eating, explore meal planning, navigate gastrointestinal issues, and challenge diet culture. Each week will begin with a brief check-in before we dive into nutrition educational content and set a small nutrition goal by the end of every session. This group may have triggering content for those sensitive to discussing food in detail, but is appropriate for anyone ready to talk about nutrition openly in a pro-recovery space. Please note this group is not a substitute for individual nutrition counselling or intensive eating disorder treatment, and it is strongly encouraged that participants keep in regular contact with their family doctor for medical monitoring while attending this group.

"I learned so many new and life changing tools to use on my recovery journey and feel so proud of my progress since joining the support group. The inclusive and supportive approach made me feel understood and not alone in my recovery."
