Kathryn Samaras

Kat is a lawyer with over 10 years of experience in corporate finance, corporate governance and securities law. She is currently Senior Corporate Counsel at Carbon Streaming Corporation and has held previous roles as in-house counsel at an energy company and an engineering firm. Prior to this, she was an associated in the corporate securities and M&A group at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP.

Kat holds an LLB from the University of Alberta and a BA from the University of Western Ontario. She was called to the Alberta Bar in 2012 and the Ontario Bar in 2016.
