Operations Officer

Lauren Griffin has a bachelors degree in Family Studies and Nutrition from Brescia University College. After years of struggling with disordered eating herself, Lauren traded in her knowledge of fad-diets for a degree specializing in nutrition. In doing so (and with the help of professionals), she healed her relationship with food and started to trust her body instead of diet-culture.



With what seemed like an unrealistic goal of working for an eating disorder non-profit, Lauren has landed her dream role with Body Brave as Operations Officer. She can now be found answering client questions, supporting the team with problems and anything else to keep the operations of Body Brave going, often with her dog, Hendrix, at her side.
