Understanding Your Recommendation
For Eating Disorder or Disordered Eating Support:
Based on your responses, you don’t seem to be reporting symptoms of disordered eating. This is good news!Â
However, if you have concerns that haven’t been addressed in this self-assessment, please follow up with your primary care provider and let them know your concerns so they can guide you. Â
For Emotional Skills Programming or Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT):
Because you are reporting difficulties with self-harm and/or suicidal thoughts or behaviours, we recommend you and your primary care provider consider a referral to a DBT or emotion skills program as soon as possible. If your self-harm or suicidal thoughts/behaviours are related to depression, you should work with your doctor to get help with your mood.Â
