Operations Officer

Lauren has a bachelors degree in Family Studies and Nutrition from Brescia University College. After recovering from disordered eating herself, she knew she wanted to pursue a career supporting others impacted by ED/DE.

As Operations Officer, Lauren can now be found answering client questions, supporting the team with problems and anything else to keep the operations of Body Brave going (often with her dog, Hendrix, at her side).
