Elyse Trudell, Occupational Therapist

Trained as an Occupational therapist, with experience in leadership, mental health advocacy and treatment in an inpatient eating disorders setting. She is currently working as a mental health counsellor and coordinator with the Hamilton Family Health Team, where she offers consultation and helps to coordinate their eating disorder support options. She is supporting the Body Brave team in her role as a group facilitator.
