Drop-in Peer Support Group

A virtual drop-in peer support group open to anyone in Canada over the age of 17. Register once, attend whenever you like

Thursdays, 7:00 pm – 8:15 pm AT

The Drop-in Group is open and casual, with an open agenda so that we can explore what’s important for folks present. Topics often include self-compassion, diet culture, coping strategies, the ED voice, and the successes and challenges of recovery. Participation is encouraged, but not mandatory. Facilitated by trained Peer Mentors.

Youth Peer Support Group

A 5-week peer support group for 15-19 year olds

Thursdays, 8:00 pm – 9:15 pm AT

In this Peer Support Group, we will talk about ways to deal with social pressures, diet culture, the media, our relationship with our body, food, eating, and exercise, and more. At this group, the same people come each week, so you meet people who share some of the same feelings and experiences. Participation is encouraged, but not mandatory. Facilitated by trained Peer Mentors.

Two-Spirit, Trans and Non-binary Peer Support Group

A 4-week Peer Support Group for those 17+.

Wednesdays, 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm AT

This group is for two-spirit, trans and non-binary people struggling with concerns related to food, body image, and/or gender dysphoria.  Discussions include strategies for self-compassion, unlearning gender binaries, self-care, and other concerns through a specifically trans lens. Facilitated by our trained Peer Mentors who identify as trans, 2S and/or non-binary.
