Accessing My Careteam Account
Once you have submitted the registration form for our virtual services, you will receive a unique sign-up link and passcode to make an account with our privacy-protected online platform, Careteam. Here you can access the our virtual support program.

Not registered for our virtual support program?
Clients who are not registered for our virtual support program, or signed up before December 2022, can now access peer support for disordered eating or an eating disorder, and more, through our online platform.
If you signed up before December 2022, you'll need to take a few steps to get access to the new services.

Client Portal for Treatment Service
Clients who have previously registered for our treatment services (treatment groups, intake call, individual appointments) can now manage their appointments, messages, and more through our client portal.

ONLY AVAILABLE FOR ONTARIO CLIENTS WHO HAVE PREVIOUSLY ACCESSED TREATMENT SERVICES.
Logging into the Portal

Use your Ontario Health Card Number (numbers only- no spaces or version code) and your email address/mobile number to login.
